We do everything we can to ensure your garments are printed to perfection. If something isn’t right, you have 72 hours to let us know. We recommend ordering a few extra pieces to cover our standard 2% damage allowance. Keep in mind that we’re not responsible for issues like garment manufacturing inconsistencies, such as mislabeled sizes, dye irregularities, or small defects. Also, be aware that a 1/4” placement variance is standard and won’t be considered a misprint. We also cannot guarantee printing outcomes on garments that have undergone special treatments like garment dyeing, tie-dyeing, or other washes.

Your deadline is very important to us. While our standard production time is 7-14 business days, don't hesitate to let us know if you have a specific target date. We do offer rush services if needed.
